Daskalopetra beach is in Vrontados about 7 kilometres from Chios town. It is a beach with white pebbles and crystal clear waters and it lies next to the small port of Daskalopetra. The area is named after Homer, the great poet of Odyssey and Iliad and nearby is located the famous Homer’s stone, an archaeological site where it is considered to be the stone where Homer used to teach.
