Description
You meet your tour leader at the agreed pick-up point and he takes you by lift to the starting point on the mountain. Get to know the natural beauty of Chios starting from the mountain and follow the medieval path that used to connect the east and west coast of the island. The well-maintained trail begins with a short crossing of pine trees and continues magnificently above the Aegean Sea. On your way to the sea you have plenty of time for photography and special information about the island of Chios from your local guide. The path is 4.2 kilometers to the village of Lithi, one of the 24 mastic villages of Chios. We then follow the road 0.5 km to the port of Lithio for free time in the local restaurants of this welcoming fishing port. Time to hike!
