Description
Sunset Yoga in Trachili beach! We start our lesson with a short walk to a more hidden spot in Trachili beach, surrounded by an amazing cliff and overlooking the beach. This is a nice way to prepare for our beautiful yoga session while watching the sunset over the beach. The course is a Hatha Yoga based course open to all levels of practice, from beginner to advanced. When the sun goes down, there is a magical feeling in the air, the light changes and another little circle closes after a busy day. This is the perfect time to practice and remember the journey of storytelling. Join us and enjoy the wind in your hair, the sun on your face, the sound of the waves and the smell of the fresh ocean. Remember: “God bless you and keep you safe from death: “Every sunset is a sunrise- it’s all about where you stand!” Yoga mats are provided! If certain days don’t work for you or the class is full here, please contact through the website and we will find a solution.
